At Flora Build, we proudly offer a 10-Day Guarantee on all orders worldwide.

This means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement only if:

  • Your product has a manufacturing defect, or

  • You received the wrong item

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To qualify, you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery

Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Return Process

Due to the nature of international dropshipping, returns are usually not required.

Important:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Situations
